Check your application status
Have the information used in your application ready. The official service may request:
- Application or registration number
- Passport or foreigner identity details
- Telephone number or email used to apply

PTT DELIVERY
Track your residence permit card
Once PMM dispatches the card, use the PTT shipment number normally sent to your registered mobile number.
- PTT shipment tracking number
- Dispatch confirmation or SMS
- Your delivery address and identification

Open PTT tracking “Adınıza düzenlenen Göç İkamet İzin Belgesi … 2650••••••• barkod numarası ile kabul edilmiş olup, en kısa sürede tarafınıza teslim edilecektir.”
Meaning: your residence permit card has been accepted for delivery. Enter the 13-digit barkod numarası in PTT tracking. A code such as “B001” or “B002” is not the tracking number. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Does a returned or cancelled card cancel my residence permit?
No. Cancelling the undelivered plastic card does not itself cancel the residence permission. Confirm the status with PMM.
