Credit Cards
Credit Cards are the default payment method for the Ikamet Store.
Credit cards we accept:
- VISA
- MasterCard
- American Express
Ordering with a credit card
If you choose to pay by credit card, do not leave the page or use the back button while Ikamet authorizes your credit card. This may cause your order to be repeated.
The payment method for the order cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you want to change your payment method, cancel your current order and place a new order with your preferred payment method.
Please note that when credit card orders are canceled, it may take up to 5 business days for the payment to appear in your account. It is at the discretion of your bank to receive the money in your account.
When will your card be charged?
After confirming your order, the fee will be reflected on your card.
Points and Credit Card Payments
When placing your order with a credit card, you can take advantage of the option to use your points in your payment.
In addition, if your Credit Card is suitable for both programs, you can use your points and pay the rest of the order in installments.

Your billing address
Your billing address is the address registered with your credit card company. Please make sure your billing address is correct when placing your order. Once your order has been accepted by Ikamet, the billing address cannot be changed.
NOTE: Your invoice will be mailed to your billing address.
Payment Options
Pay with MasterCard, American Express, or Visa.
Choose from installment plans of up to 3 months for insurance, and consulting.
(There is no installment sale option for the residency package.)
In addition, if your Credit Card is suitable for both programs, you can use your points for payment and pay the rest of the order in installments.

- Sign in with your Ikamet ID and password
- When you complete your shopping, choose an installment plan with MasterCard or Visa
- In the "Credit Card Services" drop-down menu, monthly installments will be listed according to the number of months you want to spread the payment

Bills
Within 5 business days of your order being delivered, you will receive an official Ikamet invoice in the mail.
If you do not receive the invoice or need an additional copy for your records, please call Ikamet Store Customer Service.
NOTE: Your invoice will be mailed to your billing address.
e-Invoice
If you are registered for e_Invoice, it will be sent to you via your official portal.
Tax rate
Your purchases from the Ikamet Store will be taxed using the applicable tax rate for Turkey.
Late Payment Policy and Penalties Overview
In accordance with our payment terms, invoices are due upon receipt. We wish to remind you that timely payment is essential for the smooth continuation of our services. Should payment not be received by the due date, a late payment fee will be applied to the outstanding balance. This fee consists of a fixed charge of $50, in addition to a monthly penalty of 5% on the total amount due.
These charges are implemented to cover the administrative costs associated with late payments and to encourage prompt settlement of invoices. We kindly request that all payments are made on time to avoid these additional fees and to ensure uninterrupted service.
