PMM office finder FAQ

Should I use the address shown by Google Maps?

Use Google Maps for directions, then confirm the location against your appointment notice or the official PMM provincial directory. Large provinces may use more than one service building.

Can I visit any provincial PMM office?

Your registered province and the purpose of the visit usually determine the responsible office. For residence-permit appointments, the location on the official appointment notice takes priority.

Where do I report an address change?

PMM states that an address change during a residence permit must be reported within 20 working days. The process can involve both the provincial PMM directorate and the provincial Population and Citizenship Directorate.

What if my residence card is lost or stolen?

PMM instructs applicants to obtain a police loss report, then attend the provincial PMM directorate with the report, a biometric photograph and proof of registered address. Replacement charges may apply.

Why are phone numbers and emails not displayed?

Local contact details and service locations can change. This finder deliberately routes users through official directories and appointment documents instead of republishing contact information that may become outdated.
