In this context, increasing social isolation with a partial closure, complete closure, and gradual normalization measures implemented respectively since April 14, 2021; As a result of both our beloved nation's prudent and self-sacrificing approach to complying with the standards, it is known to the public that the number of daily cases, patients and seriously ill patients has decreased significantly.
On the other hand, it remains essential to comply with the measures to combat the epidemic to maintain this success achieved together, keep the spread of the outbreak under control, and ensure permanent normalization with the accelerated vaccination activities.
In this direction, the developments in the course of the epidemic and the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Coronavirus Science Board were discussed in the Presidential Cabinet dated May 31, 2021, convened under the chairmanship of our President; Within the scope of the second phase of the gradual normalization process to be implemented throughout June, it has been evaluated that the following measures should be implemented as of 05:00 on Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
- CURRENT RESTRICTION
In the second stage of the gradual normalization period; Between 22:00 - 05:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, a curfew will be applied on Sundays, starting at 22:00 on Saturday covering the entire Sunday and ending at 05:00 on Monday.
1.1 - The places and persons specified in the Annex will be exempted from the restriction to ensure the continuity of production, manufacturing, supply, and logistics chains, and to ensure the continuity of health, agriculture, and forest activities during the period and days when the curfew will be applied.

2.1- Exceptions to intercity travel restrictions;

2.2 - They must travel between cities with their private vehicles during the period and days when the curfew is applied.

- ACTIVITIES OF WORKPLACES

3.7 - Online grocery and food order companies will work as home/address service between 07.00 - 24.00 on weekdays and weekends.
4. EDUCATION - EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Kindergartens and kindergartens currently operating will continue their activities in the second phase of the gradual normalization. The implementation will continue as announced to the public by the Ministry of National Education for all other school and class levels.
5. WORKING IN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS

7. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION MEASURES

8. MEASURES REGARDING ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES
8.1 - Recreational facilities (excluding those located within the settlement area) on intercity highways and eating and drinking places (limited only to customers with accommodation) within accommodation facilities (hotels, motels, apartments, hostels, etc.); At the same table, they will be able to serve at the same time, provided that three customers are not accepted in their open areas and more than two in their closed areas.
8.2 - The entertainment centers located in the closed areas of the accommodation facilities will be kept closed, and no customers will be accepted in these areas.

8.4 - Having a reservation in the accommodation facilities during the period and days when the curfew will be applied (provided that the price has been paid in full) will exempt the curfew and inter-city travel restriction for our citizens. 9. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
