One-time Visa Fees

The fees for entry and transit visas effective from July 8, 2023, are available in the tables below, as per Tariff No. (6) annexed to the General Communiqué on the Law on Fees (Serial No: 93) published in the Official Gazette dated July 13, 2023, numbered 32247.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has the authority to set visa application fees for citizens of certain countries and determine the visa fees for those countries. The amount of the price is decided based on the principle of reciprocity.

Residence Permit Calculations and Fee Amount

According to the Law on Valuable Papers No. 210, dated February 12, 1063, residence permit documents are considered valuable and subject to a document fee. The Ministry of Treasury and Finance determines the amount of this fee annually. It's important to note that citizens of any country are not exempt from paying this fee.

According to the General Communiqué of the General Directorate of Accounting (Sequence No: 79), which was published in the Official Gazette on December 30, 2022, and numbered 32059 (2nd Repeated), the fee for the residence permit document that will be charged in 2023 is listed in the table below.

The table below displays the residence permit fees to be charged to citizens of countries not included in the list provided in Tariff No. (6) attached to the General Communiqué on the Law on Fees (Serial No: 93), which was published in the Official Gazette on July 13, 2023, and numbered 32247. These fees will be effective from July 08, 2023.

Residence permit document 128.40 TL for each day up to 1 month. (This amount cannot be less than 241,05 TL and more than 1238,55 TL per permit for the first month). 822.90 TL for each month after 1 month.

The fees for residence permits mentioned above apply to citizens of Serbia, Fiji, Norway, and the Northern Mariana Islands who are not part of any country group.

As of 2011, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Kosovo, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkmenistan are exempted from paying residence permit fees. This exemption is based on the principle of reciprocity.

As of 2011, the amount of fees determined by country groups through the reciprocity principle remains unchanged.

The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has the authority to establish the fees for residency permits, considering the principle of reciprocity.
