Thank you for shopping at the Apple Online Store. http://www.apple.com/en We want to make sure you have a valuable experience discovering, evaluating and purchasing our products in the Apple Online Store at www.apple.com or by phone in the Apple Contact Center. Apple Online Store and Apple Communication Center, Apple Technology and Sales Limited Company, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, Büyükdere Cad. It is operated by Apple Technology and Sales Limited Company, located at Levent 199 Kat:22-23, 34394 Şişli / Istanbul / Turkey, registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce with the registration number 733669 and tax number 0710414224. To make it easier to understand visually for both parties, we will refer to the Apple Online Store and Apple Contact Center as “Apple Store” for short, and for Apple Technology and Sales Limited, “Apple” or “we” for short.You can contact Apple by sending an e‑mail to contactus.tr@euro.apple.com .

As with any sales experience, there are terms and conditions governing transactions made at the Apple Store. If you purchase a product through the Apple Store, the sales agreement between you and Apple  will be governed by these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy  and  Terms of Use . You must be at least 18 years old to place an order at the Apple Store.

We accept that the consumer has the right to refuse the goods or service and terminate the contract within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods or the signing of the contract, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without stating the reasons for the rejection, and we undertake to take back the goods after the notice of withdrawal reaches the seller or supplier. .

Standard Return Policy

Under your legal rights, you have the right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason. To return a product purchased from an Apple Store or to cancel a service contract, notify us of your intent to return or cancel within 14 days from the date the product(s) was physically received by you or someone else you specify, or the service contract was signed. If you have ordered more than one product in the same order, please notify us of your return request within 14 days of receiving the last product in the order and the date the person you specified received it. To exercise these rights, simply indicate to us clearly your intention to return a product or cancel a service contract. You can do so by submitting the electronic form at http://www.apple.com/tr/shop/account/home , calling our toll-free hotline at 0216 282 1511 or  sending an e-mail to contactus.tr@euro.apple.com .

Simply return the product with the original receipt, original packaging and accompanying accessories after you notify us of your return intention. After you've declared your intention to cancel a return or service agreement, you have 14 days to return your products or arrange for them to be picked up from you. When we receive the product or, if you deliver the product by courier, we receive the product or the proof of shipment, we will issue the refund within 14 days according to the method of the original payment.

Please note that you cannot return the following products without reasons for defect or non-conformity:

  • Electronic software downloads that you begin downloading with your express prior consent and acknowledging that you have forfeited the right to opt out.
  • Software Update Program subscriptions, iTunes Gift Cards, Apple Store Gift Cards, and all Apple Developer products.
  • Services, such as gift wrapping, that you have expressly consented to and agree to forfeit upon completion, cannot be canceled after they have been fully performed. If the services have not been fully performed and you have requested that the performance of the services begin within 14 days of the signing of the service contract, you will be asked to pay an amount commensurate with the services performed until the date you notify us of your intention to cancel the service contract.
  • Certain computer software in a sealed package that has been opened after delivery.

We will refund all costs incurred by you in connection with the product or service.

Prices and Price Discounts/Adjustments

Apple reserves the right to change the prices of the products displayed in the Apple Store at any time and to correct any unintentional price errors. Price changes will not affect orders accepted by Apple, unless there is a price error. If there is a price error, we will notify you of the error and give you the option to proceed with the transaction at the correct price or to cancel your order at no additional cost. In addition to your right to cancel an order, return a product, or cancel a service for the reasons described above, if Apple offers a discount on the price of your product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of any of your Apple-branded products, you may receive a new sale at the price charged to you. Do not hesitate to call the Apple Store on our toll-free 0216 282 1511 line to request a refund or credit the difference in price. To receive this refund or have it credited to your account, you must contact Apple within 14 calendar days of the price change. We would like to inform you that price reductions for a limited time, such as discounts on special sales events, are not included in this scope.

Order, Order Confirmation and Order Acceptance

To order products or services at the Apple Store,  visit the store 's website at http://www.apple.com/en ,  add the products you want to the shopping bag and pay using your Apple ID or as a guest customer (with your preferred payment method). do; The products you purchase will be delivered to you or a person you specify. Alternatively, call the Apple Store on 0216 282 1511, Monday through Friday, between 09:00 and 20:00 and speak to an Apple expert who will assist you through the entire process, from product selection to payment method. Whichever method you choose, you will have the opportunity to review your order before placing it. You will receive a web order number after placing your order.

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation message within a few minutes to indicate that we accept your order. After we process your order and have it ready for shipping, we will send you an e-mail message with shipping information (“Shipping Notification mail”). For out-of-stock items, you will receive the Shipping Notification Message when we have the item supplied and ready for shipping, but in all cases within the “shipping” time specified at checkout. After sending and receiving the order confirmation message by you, Apple will enter into a contract with you. (We will add the basic terms of this contract to the corresponding message.) From now on, we just have to deliver your order to you so that you can start using the amazing products you bought from the Apple Store.

Shipping and Delivery

For up-to-date shipping information, please   visit http://www.apple.com/en/shop/help/shipping_delivery . The items in your order will be shipped as soon as they are ready, meaning you can receive your items in separate deliveries. No orders will be accepted from any address outside of Turkey and no orders will be delivered to any address outside of Turkey.

Please note that the delivery of your order may be affected by many events beyond Apple's control after your order leaves our facilities. However, we will notify you of significant delays and will cooperate with you to ensure smooth delivery.

Apple is responsible for shipping products purchased from the Apple Store, but the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) will be transferred to you when the product(s) are received by you or the person you specify. When the product(s) are received from our warehouse by the cargo company, the ownership of the product(s) will pass to you. At this point you will receive a Shipping Notification Mail. If you have a problem with delivery, please contact Apple to have the problem resolved.

Apple Two-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

Apple provides a two-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for every new Apple-branded product purchased in the United States. If you need service outside of Turkey, proof of purchase from Turkey may be required for service during the second year of warranty. Applicable warranty terms and conditions   can be viewed at http://www.apple.com/en/legal/warranty/ . Apple's Two-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to non-Apple-branded products, even if sold or packaged with Apple products. Non-Apple branded products may benefit from the manufacturer's warranty provided by the product's manufacturer. Please refer to the product box and documentation for details.

Export

This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. You may not export any product purchased from the Apple Store to another country or region prohibited by export control laws. If you plan to export an Apple product to another country or region, you must first obtain legally required export permits (or other government approvals).

Product Availability and Limitations

Due to the high demand and/or availability of some of our products, Apple may have to limit the amount of products it offers for sale. Trust us that we produce as fast as we can. Apple reserves the right to change the quantities available for sale at any given time (even after placing your order, provided that Apple has not accepted your order).

Payments

If you pay by credit card, the total amount of your order may be blocked from your credit card when you place your order. If we can't get approval from the bank where you bought your credit card, we will notify you so that you can specify another payment method. Payment will be charged to your credit card when we accept your order.

We reserve the right to check the cardholder's identity. To ensure that your credit or debit card is not used without your consent, we will check the validity of the name, address and other personal information you provide during the ordering process by comparing it with the data held by the card issuer and integrator. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to the execution of such checks.
